Re: Missing Asia/Oceania rewards

Dear EA Support,

I am writing to report a bug in FC 26 regarding the Objective rewards.

On 13 June 2026, at approximately 20:00, I completed the Asia + Oceania Objective and claimed the rewards. The game marked the rewards as claimed, but the player items were never added to my club.

I have already checked my club, unassigned items, and restarted the game several times, but the players are still missing. The objective is marked as completed and claimed, so I cannot claim the rewards again.

My platform is Xbox, and my Xbox ID is Kuzgun2923.

Please investigate this issue and manually grant the missing player rewards from the Asia + Oceania Objective to my account.

I completed the objective legitimately, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
