Yes, it seems strelec as my example is not on the in-game database at all, he doesn't show up on concept players or the transfer market on ultimate team, and on kick off he has a placeholder there but no player face on the team management screen, considering he scored yesterday for Middlesbrough and he scored a goal for Slovakia against Germany a couple weeks ago that went viral, he should definitely be on the game
Seems to be a few EFL players missing, happend last year too and it wasn't addressed 😔
