Missing Season Pass

 I bought the ultimate FC26 but I didn’t get the premium pass for seasonal truck level .. first they told me restart the game i did that and i restarted the console also , but still shows me that i need to buy the premium pass , i got email from support they said that im not eligible for any more content .. how is that possible i bought the ultimate version and its writen that i will get 6000 points and the premium pass , i got 2000 but the premium pass i didnt got it .. i pay more for this i must get it please help :(
