Missing UT Birthday packs..

Hello all. I’ve seen on social media a lot of people receiving free packs for UT birthday but I received nothing? I have logged in numerous times as I bought the game on release and play regularly. I also use the companion app regularly for SBC’s etc. I don’t understand why I didn’t receive it… can anyone help?
