Monetization Tactics in FC 26

Dear EA SPORTS FC 26 Development and Operations Team,

Prior to the launch of FC 26, your promotional trailers heavily emphasized fixing long-standing issues and frustrations raised by the community. Trusting these promises, countless players purchased the game. Right after launch, the gameplay did indeed deliver a fair, realistic, and highly praised experience.

However, subsequent title updates have completely altered the game balance. The current state of the game—frequently criticized by the community for its extreme RNG fluctuations combined with severe server desync (lag)—effectively creates unnatural shifts in gameplay advantages. This delivers highly inconsistent and unfair match outcomes that make players feel as though the game outcome is being manipulated behind the scenes.

The fact that you refuse to roll back these updates or return to the praised launch-day balance, despite overwhelming community backlash, strongly suggests a corporate incentive: to intentionally generate player frustration and funnel users toward paid packs (restoring a heavy Pay-to-Win structure).

Using deceptive marketing to lure buyers, only to alter the product post-launch to enforce an aggressive monetization ecosystem, fundamentally betrays consumer trust and destroys competitive integrity.

Globally, legal regulations against loot boxes and predatory "dark patterns" (addictive game design) are tightening rapidly. I strongly urge EA to pivot away from short-term profit maximization driven by manufactured frustration. Please review your update policies immediately and rebuild a genuinely fair, skill-based esports environment that players can actually respect.
