My account was unfairly banned.

I have never engaged in illegal coin trading even once. Please review all of my transactions. I have been regularly purchasing FIFA Points since the beginning of the year. Why would I do something like this to myself? I truly love this game and play it every day. I have invested a lot this year. Just as the Team of the Year period has arrived, my account was unfairly banned. I kindly ask for my case to be reviewed again and for the necessary action to be taken.

If you've already raised an appeal with our terms of service team, I'm afraid that I can only recommend that you're patient until they get back to you. It can take a few days before you hear a response, but they'll look at it as soon as possible. You'll get an email with their response.

I understand the frustration, but there's nothing we can do on our end to make it go faster. Hopefully you'll hear from them soon.
