Need help banned from transfer market

I was banned from the transfer market on the 17th of October 2025 because I got hacked and I’ve been fighting to appeal a ban with EA but they don’t want to listen to facts or proof as I’ve downloaded all my data and have located the IP and location of the hacker but I am still being refused even after sending them this information which I have provided 

It’s a joke and I really need help please!!!
