No 2000 FC Points when login to console

Hi, I just login to my xbox EAFC 26 on console, but there wasn't any 2000 FC Points that was given when we first login. Anyone has the same issue?

    Hi - same for me (Steam - PC) I have bought the ultimate edition on Steam and no FP when i logged in in the game with the EA play...
