No 2000 FC Points when login to console

I´ve got the same problem on PC/Steam

I have the same problem on Xbox. No 2000 FC or access to premium season.

I paid 90€ for the game at that point I might as well pay 6€ extra to play a few hours earlier because I'm exited to play. Unfortunately I'm missing the Ultimate Edition Rewards too tho. Hope they come in once it's actually released. My friend on PS has them already but I'm on PC so I'm hopeful I'll just have to wait another 90mins.

Because it’s the trial. Ultimate edition starts tommorow and that’s when you’ll get your rewards.

You get them tomorrow as today’s the 18th and Ultimate Edition begins on the 19th and that’s when you get your rewards 👍

I also haven’t received the pre-order points yet on Xbox, have logged into console and companion app.

Yeah im xbox too. I only got welcome back packs. No 2000 fc points, no season pass, none of the other rewards featured just early access is all.

Maybe because ultimate edition hasn’t even come out yet imagine paying another £6 to play it early
