not access transfer market both on web and companion

My FC26 account still cannot access UT transfer market  on both the web and app. The in-game market function was unlocked 7 days ago, and since then I've maintained an active status by completing matches daily and using both the web and app. However, I still can't access the transfer market, and I've checked that there are no bans on my account. I don't know what can I do for resolve this issue.
