You say cheaters “slip through the cracks,” but at the same time legitimate players are being flagged and restricted with no clear explanation.
I’ve been banned from the transfer market for “coin distribution,” which I have never engaged in. No coin buying, no selling — just normal trading. Yet I’m locked out with zero transparency about what actually triggered it.
Appeals don’t help. You just receive the same generic response over and over, with no evidence, no reasoning, and no real way to understand or challenge the decision.
From the outside, it’s very hard to believe there is any meaningful review happening.
Right now, it feels like players are being treated as guilty by default, without being given the information needed to prove otherwise.
Speaking for myself, I know I have not done any coin trading, which makes this even harder to understand.
At the same time, people are clearly encountering cheaters in matches. So from a player perspective it feels inconsistent:
Some actual cheaters slip through
While other players are punished without clear justification
I’ve now submitted a GDPR request as an EU player just to get basic insight into what data was used, because the normal support process provides none.
There needs to be more accountability and transparency here, especially when actions like this affect paying customers and core parts of the game experience.
stay calm. I was banned a few days ago because I "cheated" in the game. I called and explained the situation that my internet is very bad at home and often disconnects out of the blue at 37Mbs.. it's not full fiber. I also submitted evidence with pictures when my internet actually drops at 0-0 in WL. After I log in, a message from them appeared again as if I had disconnected intentionally. I don't know what else to say.. I have a 28-day ban in my email and when I go to History Penalty it says it's permanent. I don't know what else to believe. I would like them to keep this account and return all the money I put into the game from the beginning until now.

Hey Teasi86 - I'm in a similar situation along with a few other people. We've appealed twice but there was no manual check done.
I received an email stating a 28 day ban on online access but in the penalty page it mentions "balance transfer" with a permanent ban. Were you able to get your account back as 28 days are over? Also, did they penalize you in any other way? Removing players or taking coins / fp or removing transfer market access?
