overcontrol but I dont have an opportuinity to control any

I have a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after start of the match in champions I identifited the situatuion that i have control of all players of my team but I dont have an opportuinity to control any

I leaved the match because it impossible to play

my score in champions is lost and also I have a fines

EA how you can influence and fix this situation?
