OVR & Selling players

Couple of doubts team & others

I have many u tradable players which can't be sold. How to sold I have trained them, ranked up but no option to sell

How to increase team OVR? I can't even sell players in my line ups or replacing them with other players in line ups

Whenever my coins has increased in market I see players which r too far from budgets than coins earned, search also not helping 

How to earn drafts now it have golden drafts which can be used to buy players

Also observed if I earn those high rating players I can't even sell them in market or exchange them for new players how to do that

Due to this I'm stuck on same ovr & not able to go ahead
