perma banned for "balance Transfer" on new account
well this is amazing, i made a new account a week ago and was playing squad abttles, rivals etc all week then mid-day today i recived an email stating "Your account has been suspended from EA SPORTS FC™ online access for 28 days" and the reason was "Using software or exploits to cheat at the game is against the rules", wich doesnt make any sence, then i went to ban history page and the ban is permanent and it was for "balance transfer". I have seen multiple people getting this ban mistakenly. If anyone has experianced this lmk how long it took them to fix it.

After this version I’m done with ea and it looks like there loosing customers no enjoyment anymore from this game and in future I think I’ll just come back each year and warn and post what to expect which is inevitable for playing this game played this game from the beginning first version loyalty means nothing to these people and absolute power corrupts absolutely
After all I’ve seen and witnessed and read on this forum we are all just to clever for ea liking I’ve grinded hundreds of daily sbc bought packs and yielded nothing from them get sanctioned dot no reason or explanation the latest joke was I keep getting connection loss because of rubbish servers and could not play rush because of a time penalty jokes up and I’m done
I am reaching out to ask for your help regarding my FC 26 account. I submitted an appeal after my account was banned for allegedly being involved in coin distribution. However, this is not true. I was informed that an investigation was conducted, but I received the same response and my account remains banned.
I want to be completely honest about what happened. I have never been involved in buying or selling coins, and I have never done so at any point. I do not use coin-selling websites, and I have never trusted or used those services.
At the time, I had approximately 317,000 coins on my account. EA released a tradable token pack in the store, and I purchased a 500 store token pack. While opening the packs, I packed a tradable Musiala card. I sold the card for around 4.2 million coins, which caused my coin balance to increase from approximately 317,000 coins to over 4.2 million coins.
I believe this sudden increase may have flagged my account and triggered the investigation. However, if you review my account activity and transaction history, you will see that I did not buy, sell, distribute, or transfer coins. The increase in my coin balance came solely from selling the tradable player that I legitimately packed from the store pack.
I have spent a significant amount of money on this game because I genuinely enjoy playing it. I love the game and the community, and I simply want the opportunity to continue playing on my account.
I respectfully ask that my case be reviewed again. I do not believe my account was properly evaluated, and I am confident that a detailed review of my account activity will confirm exactly what I have explained above.
I sincerely swear that I have never purchased coins or participated in coin selling. Everything I have described is exactly what happened.

Nope fully banned and yes I did contact there legal team. They were the one who stated I cannot get my eafc26 info logs. And no I haven't bothered continuing after fighting for 2 weeks just gave up tbh. Life’s better without fifa anyway. Just sucks I spent thousands for nothing. But I hope your case goes better than mine
2easysam Sorry to hear this. It seems to be happening to a decent number of people. Not sure how seriously they are taking all these. Automated emails, no proofs is all we get.
However just wanted to ask - did they clarify if the ban is permanent or you get back your account after 28 days? It does not change anything but if it's permanent I would refrain from investing more time into it.
Light_KFABogdanRosan95 sorry to disappoint you guys but no it went no where. I provided multiple sources of proof aswell as requesting an account information download file which they sent folders without eafc26 data package in it TWICE!!!! Then when I wrote a formal complaint about them not providing legal information. And in response they gave me some bs saying they can’t give it to me because they have to protect “EA security” honestly in my opinion they **bleep** up and they refuse to admit there mistake so in turn they refuse to do anything. and believe me If this has happened to multiple people I have no doubt a massive lawsuit is incoming……
