perma banned for "balance Transfer" on new account
well this is amazing, i made a new account a week ago and was playing squad abttles, rivals etc all week then mid-day today i recived an email stating "Your account has been suspended from EA SPORTS FC™ online access for 28 days" and the reason was "Using software or exploits to cheat at the game is against the rules", wich doesnt make any sence, then i went to ban history page and the ban is permanent and it was for "balance transfer". I have seen multiple people getting this ban mistakenly. If anyone has experianced this lmk how long it took them to fix it.
