Permanent bann
Hi guys I havent played fifa for multiple years now but aufter the worldcup bought the latest fifa Game because I want to Play the world Cup Mode. Once I got in there, there was a Popup which sayd my Account for deactivated and a qr code. I Scaned the qr Code and it sayd my Account got permanently banned in 2023 but at this time i didnt play the Game and I got banned for another Game i Never heard about.
Does anyone have an idea Why and did my Account maybe get hacked?

If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look.
