Player lost, FC 26 X-Box.

We purchased 1000 points today, this allowed us to purchase a player for ultimate team, over the moon to secure Endrick 97 rated, had a few games with him in, then logged in hours later and he had disappeared, tried to recover through 'player recovery' on the app, we thought Endrick would come back into our squad, but he still hasn't yet. 

Spoke to the Anubhav' chat member, through EA sports and discussed the issue with him, he was helpful and gave good advice, hopefully we get the player back soon.
