Player pick stuck in unassigned - making it impossible to open packs

I acquired an 81-83 player pick from a premium gold store pack. 

Attempting to open it kicks me back to the menu - attempting to open a store pack forces me to open the player pick, and the cycle repeats. 

I am essentially soft-locked from opening packs. Can someone from the team remove the player pick from my unassigned pile so I can actually play the beta?
