PlayStation 5 play time not updated with EA play subscribed

Question

Hi,&nbsp;My "play time" is still midnight 19th Sept even with EA play active. Do we know if this should have updated?&nbsp;Or will this stay as the time but become available via a trial at 1pm 18/09?&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;

same for me on pc however i got an email when i bought ea play saying play first trial. Also i get this when trying to launch it from the shortcut&nbsp;

It's annoying mate, we don't know whether to redownload it etc as we want to play soon as it comes out&nbsp;
