PlayStation 5 play time not updated with EA play subscribed

Hi,  My "play time" is still midnight 19th Sept even with EA play active. Do we know if this should have updated?  Or will this stay as the time but become available via a trial at 1pm 18/09?  Tha...

same for me on pc however i got an email when i bought ea play saying play first trial. Also i get this when trying to launch it from the shortcut
