EAFC26 preorder got cancelled, is there a way to still get preorder bonuses?

Summarize your bug I pre-ordered a game and all of a sudden the payment was cancelled after I finished playing the EA Play trial for it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I check in the payment/privacy section in Xbox settings and it said my pre-order was cancelled. Even then I checked my bank account and the 75 I spent on pre-ordering wasn't there.
What happens when the bug occurs? I open the game and it says that I do not own the app.
What do you expect to see? I expected to enjoy the full version of the game after playing 10 hours of the EA Play trial.

This problem has nothing to do with gameplay. I pre-ordered the standard edition of College Football 25 on 6/28/24 and it has been in my library ever since. I realized that the standard edition doesn't have the early access benefits as the other versions. So I used the EA Play trial. After the time ran out in the trial I tried to reopen the game knowing I had bought it already. So I tried uninstalling it and installing it back and now I can't download the game again without paying. Apparently it says the payment didn't go through. If the payment didn't go through then why was the game in my library the entire time? I tried talking with Microsoft AND EA for it and they only lead me towards some sort of AI Chat-Bot. If any real person sees this please help me I have waited 11 years for this game.

Sorry to hear about your canceled pre-order. The early bonus rewards are only granted for completed pre-order transactions made before the cutoff date. If your original transaction was canceled and you had to place a new order with a new date, this will affect your pre-order bonus. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can change. Microsoft may be able to provide more details on why your order was canceled, as we can’t see that information on our end.

Dude same here. SO DUMB. I never even got a notification saying the payment failed. Just one day before release today I find out

So why’d the 99 shot evolution go through to Fc 25? Just doesn’t make sense. I paid and now I’m not being properly compensated that’s the reality 

Are you sure that you had enough money in the account to cover the purchase and that your payment method was active? Have you contacted Microsoft to check what caused the cancellation? 

Yes they don’t let you preorder a game without having the money, also if that was the case a heads up would have been nice before the day of! I can’t get in contact with anyone over there

Hello, i purchased the game from the Xbox Store on August 25, but it was declined and I didn't receive any notification. If I purchase it now, will I receive the extra icon player selection reward? 

Would sending the order image to EA Support be helpful?

I added money to my Xbox account and pre-ordered EA FC 26, but because the subscription was apparently renewed without my knowledge, I had to pre-order it again yesterday. I waited so long for that icon, and now I'm getting nothing at all. I think that's just terrible of EA; if it had been debited from my account immediately, this never would have happened.
