Please help - Bought 12K points redeem code for wrong platform
Hi,
I bought 12K redeem code for PC instead of XBOX please help. It is not redeemed I dont have fc26 account for PC. Reseller(GAMIVO) does not want to refund it or exchange it.
What can I do? I dont want money I would gladly exchange it for XBOX code!
