Pre-order Rewards for PlayStation — Will They Apply to My EA FC 25 PC Account?

I'm currently playing EA FC 25 on PC and I'm considering pre-ordering the PlayStation version of the game. I wanted to ask if the pre-order rewards will also be available on my EA FC 25 PC version, or are they limited only to the platform where the pre-order is made?
