Pre order
I pre ordered fc26 but apparently it never went through but only just now I saw, so I had to pre order it again will I still get my rewards even tho it’s after August 26 because I had it installed on the Xbox just said had to pay for it again as it didn’t go through. Help would really be appreciated.

I'm afraid I can only direct you to Microsoft support with regards to your pre-order being cancelled. We can only really support purchases made via the EA app, but hopefully they can take a look at this for you.
