Pre-ordered ultimate edition by 26 August but never received icon pick

As the title suggests, I never received the icon pick when I started the game. Only welcome packs and the evolution but no icon pick or icon pack. 

How many have face this issue on PS5 console? 

EA are truly scammers. They enticed you with the icon to buy the ultimate edition and didn’t deliver. Can someone from EA please reach out and help me to resolve this?
