pro club's feedback and null result

Good evening, 

I'm a player of your game, I've been playing FIFA since FIFA 06 

before while I was playing pro club we won a match and our opponents left the match, when the match was abandoned it took us out of the game by not counting the victory and not having the match played appear, how is it possible that it didn't give us the victory? 

then I would like to understand why on the pro club our CPU doesn't defend and doesn't play well, and those of the opponents are monstrous (neither they nor us control them).

a game with many shortcomings for which I paid 70 euros and I expect a performance for that money, thank you.

    Hey OfficialRaLfY​,

    Thank you for sharing your feedback about the defense; Have you noticed any improvement on that side of things after the latest update 1.1.0?

    Also, I understand how frustrating it can be when a match ends in a loss or a null due to an error, however, we can't change the result. 

    We hope this won't happen often, but if it does, please try the steps in this guide to improve the connection. It might help stabilize the situation. 

    Let us know how it goes when you can.
