Problems ultimate edition activation, steam

Preordered ultimate edition around a month back and was excited to jump on and claim my points and icon after I spent yesterday playing the trial. However there’s an issue:

my content is not showing up in the dlc tab of properties or ingame. As such I’m not receiving any content. I’ve tried reloading the cache, verifying my files and nothing is working

I did redeem the content but somehow it is not listed, I can only see a hidden standard edition and the trial version on the dlc tab

if someone has had the same issue and have a fix let me know, I’m very desperate at this point, steam support isn’t that helping either
