Reduce AI Defending and fix bounce back

ST/LW/RW can take the ball easily by spamming tackle from behind. Should Nico William take ball from my fullback Kounde by spamming tackle from behind even tho I'm holding L2? No right? Then why are they getting the ball so easily? 

Even tho I'm using tackles I can't get the ball. My players tackles the ball and the ball goes right back to the opponent.  

Reduce the AI defending to the ground. Even tho my opponent is not touching and switching to his CB if I try to get past his defender using skill moves/r1 they take the ball. This shouldn't be happening.
