FC26 ONLINE GAMEPLAY ISSUE
l am playing FC 26 on a PlayStation 5 Digital Slim and I have been experiencing a very serious gameplay problem for a long time.
During certain periods, sometimes lasting for weeks or even months, online gameplay becomes almost unplayable for me. My players suddenly become extremely slow, unresponsive, and unable to react properly during matches. Player movement feels delayed and inaccurate, especially when defending or switching toward opponents.
The strange part is that my internet ping remains stable at around 31ms both when the game feels normal and when the issue happens. There is no visible connection warning, but gameplay quality becomes completely different.
Symptoms include:
• Very slow player reactions
• Delayed inputs
• Incorrect player switching and positioning
• Players moving toward strange directions while defending
• Sprint speed and acceleration feeling heavily reduced
• Gameplay feeling extremely heavy and delayed
• Conceding many goals because players cannot respond properly
I mainly play Online Seasons, Online Friendlies, and Ultimate Team.
An important detail is that I have been playing regularly against the same friend in Istanbul for about one year. Sometimes he experiences the exact same issue for weeks and cannot play properly at all, while I can easily beat him. Then the situation reverses and I become unable to play properly for weeks while he beats me easily. This makes us believe there may be a server synchronization, gameplay balancing, or connection quality issue beyond normal player performance.
