I have pre ordered the ultimate edition on ea play and want to change platform, i cancelled my pre order after being purchased and i have the game in my library and money was withdrawn,
This is how it's looking, is there anything else that i have to do or do i just wait, and how long does it take?

It can take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days for a refund to show back up in your account, just depending on your bank or card company. If you're still not seeing it from that point, please get back in touch with support so they can take another look.
Hey, I have the same problem too. How long did it take for the refund to go back but most importantly is the game still in youe EA play?. If not how long did it get removed from library?
