gauntlet bug cant connect to ut

got the gauntlet bug thats been around since the begging of the game ,..  i was not able to progress my challenges and was getting dcd aftrter every game and  nothings counts . i went to the net and tried ev erything peolple said . nothing worked . talked to support did some things nothing worked and got told to sit and wait and post it here ... this is ther service we get a simple bug and no one can fix it for me . seems like im blacklisted of ut for the time being lol . im on pc btw have tried everthing but if anyone wanna give some tips ill take it ..
