Season Pass rewards issues

I just bought the UT premium pass for this current season. Spent 500K to get it and to get all the remaining rewards in the pass aswell, as EA says. As soon as I bought it, everything went normal, I was at level 30 and I had the pass and everything was working, until I decide to claim 1 of the rewards. And then, the game did glitch for a second before it brought me right at level 6. I simply claimed 1 of the rewards and suddenly they had my level way back at level 6 with 6.06k season points and all my rewards that were past the level 6 were locked. I spent 500K to get absolutely nothing? I had to sell very valuable items and players to get to that 500K, thinking that it would get me that level 30 and also the rewards along with the premium before this FC finally ends and I can switch to FC27. But I just got it all wasted and can't even enjoy the last month of FC since I basically sold most of my team for the players in the rewards.

I'm open to discussing if I actually did something wrong or to some tips on how to fix this, I've already texted with one of their assistants to help me with this.

    I actually got a free donation from ea probably shouldn’t say this but got a message saying we added your missing content and got a lot of player duplicates which I was able to use for sbc  when I was able to play got to much time on my hands so I chat about the game here time would be better served playing but I can’t play anymore comfortably or happily so I read and contribute to customers here instead some of us read and contribute in plus and minus ways so just be carefull how you make those coins or you will join the club it’s exclusive with growing membership
