Season rewards

Why cant i open my season rewards(lock out)?

 This happened after i purchased coins from MMOEX last Dec29,2025 afterwhich  my season rewards where lockout and i cant open any. Was my transaction invalid?that you had to banned me from getting any rewards?Kindly clarify coz this was my first purchase outside EA and kind a disappointed since i regularly purchase from your store and you punish my account for something not illegal
