Servers Keep Disconnecting and AI TrashBot

I have been disconnected multiple times in a row in the middle of squad battle and other online game modes. I have been accredited the loss on all the games I have been disconnected from the server from. I know others are experiencing this issue and it is beyond a joke that a muli-BILLION dollar company cannot even have working servers.

I have brought this issue to EA help and time and time again I am conversing with the AI chat helper EA Nextstep, this AI has to be the insufferable and incompetent Bot there's ever been I have to round in circles answering the same questions over and over again only to be recommended an article which doesn't resolve my issue at all. Then back to answering the same questions again.

I just want compensation for my losses as this will affect my ability to reach the higher ranks of squad battles to get the better packs and coins. This was supposed to help as I have only recently bought FC26 and want to improve my ultimate team.

Please raise a ticket on my account. I also deserve some sort of medal for dealing with what I can only assume is a chatbot that has been created to be the bane of my existence to speak to an actual human member of staff. This chatbot issue hasn't been an issue previously for me but this Nextstep is a contraction as it just goes back to the start. This is the only other place i can think where actual humans will interact with it.
