Soft Ban for No Reason in Ultimate Team

Hi! Today I was calmly playing Ultimate Team, and in two consecutive matches, in the second half, the game started lagging so much that I couldn’t play. I had to exit twice, and when I tried to play again, it couldn’t find any players to match me with. From what I understand, this is a soft ban until I receive a notification with major restrictions for something I didn’t do wrong. I’m very disappointed with this edition because I had just barely managed to find a way to stop the lag during matches.
