*Subject:* Draft Pity System Not Working - TOTS Serie A Event

Hi EA Support,

I’m playing FC Mobile with User ID: 995788914175275008.

During the TOTS Serie A Draft event, I completed 60 drafts. According to the in-game info, “Pool A guaranteed in 48 Drafts”, but I only received one 118 OVR player and no 119 OVR+ players. The pity counter did not trigger as shown in the screenshot I attached.

This doesn’t match what’s advertised in-game. Can you please check my account logs and compensate the missing rewards or refund the draft tokens I spent?
