Suggestion to Add a Referee Mode in Rush Mode

Hello, I'm not a big fan of Rush Mode in general, but I have a suggestion that could make it more enjoyable:

There should be a new feature that allows some players to become the referee of the match. This would make Rush Mode stand out from other game modes by giving it a unique feature, which could encourage players to play it more often. The referee could also communicate with players using the new communication system, just like the players, but with different phrases  or even control the flow of the match using these special communication tools.

Now, some might say, "We don’t want a referee because they could ruin the match or be unfair to certain teams." However, the referee feature wouldn’t be mandatory — it could be entirely optional for players who choose to enable it. In fact, it could be introduced as a limited-time event where players have the opportunity to take on the referee role, rather than being a permanent or required feature. Additionally, a voting system could be implemented, allowing players to remove the referee if necessary.

This is just a future idea and a few thoughts I wanted to share. Thank you!
