Terrible Gameplay!!!

1. I have a 115 OVR team, still the gameplay sucks. When playing with teams 118+ OVR teams, passing speed, accuracy, shoot strength, crossing accuracy all terribly diminish and uncontrollable ball movements happen. And when the high OVR team's players attack, my defenders often run clueless, even when I'm guiding them to press or to perform hard tackle. On the contrary, the high OVR player dribbles smoothly, passes fastly, sprints easily past my sluggish defenders, scores goals as in God mode! 

2. In head to head mode, when i join the ranked game, and real player joins against me, what happened many times is the window freezes without any connection or system issues from my side. But the opponent plays the game, and beats me with 4+ goals in my absence, thus affecting my rank. When a player has not joined due to technical issues, how the other one gets to play the game?
