I've been quite vocal about everything you've said here since the beta, except the passing bit, which I'm seeing as a problem more now.
Regarding Evo's, I'm a big evo guy. Ran a full West Ham evo squad in 25 and even then it was always behind the curve. I remember watching a developer interview and thinking that behind all their glitzy statements the basics were worse rewards and worse evos...
I've had to stack 4 evo's on one player just so he makes my team and the others I'm just doing on random, top league silvers hoping for the future, shame because it was my favourite part of the game.
