The full version of the appeal I submitted against an unfair ban

They banned me for no reason as well and then made me wait more than 2 weeks for a response, and then they claimed that I cheat even though I barely touch the game because I am busy most of the time, and now I missed out on a ton of content and progress after I paid $130 to purchase their game. They don't give a flying **bleep** about their customers, brother; they only care about their pockets and robbing their players.
