I submitted detailed in-game bug reports, and approximately 15 days have passed since then. No one reviewed or responded to them. However, whenever I checked to see if there were any replies, the view count increased—indicating they were not actually being reviewed.
I also attempted to report players who were cheating or behaving disrespectfully through every available channel, including Discord and email. On two separate occasions, I encountered a cheat that caused my controller to stop working entirely during matches. Despite this, I received responses stating that no action would be taken. Eventually, I stopped submitting reports altogether.
After all of this, when I finally found a solution to stabilize my ping issues—caused by your game servers—I received a permanent ban. Perhaps it is truly healthier for me to accept that this ban will not be lifted and to stop playing this game entirely.
Terrible organization.
