The game isn't registering the Venturing out task.
The game isn't registering the task, without which there is no access to the transfer market.
Has anyone else encountered the issue where the game isn't counting the "Venturing Out - Complete the Foundations EVO" objective for you? I even got a Steam achievement for completing the task.
