Time-wasting and abusive dribbling

I'm fed up with constantly running into players like this. Don't let them play anymore based on their ID. These players should be permanently exiled for their toxic playstyle. You need to add 'abusive dribbling' and 'time-wasting' to the in-game reporting options, because this can't go on like this anymore.
