Trading standards

I asked ea for help... nothing, I asked for support... nothing, I asked for an explanation.... nothing, ea remain silent on every aspect, they are the company that do nothing, fix nothing, care about nothing, they say they listen, but do nothing, ok, no problem,  Al capone would be proud of this company.  

You would think a large company would have some level of trading standards, but ea lack in everything that is required.
