Transfer Market Ban – Request for Forgiveness and a Second Chance

I got hacked once. I played someone and 15 mins later my team had been sold on the transfer market and someone used my account to play some players totalling 1.2 mill across 10 players that I had apparently brought.  I raised it with ea. All they said was change my password. Nothing else can be done.  I tried and tried to get my case heard but ea declined and 2 weeks later it was solved. I never got my coins or players.
