Transfer market ban - NO help from EA

Is anybody else having the same problem? My transfer market got suddenly banned, explanation was simply that my account was not hacked so I'm guilty of coin trading. I'm so confused because all I did was selling players on market normally. There is no help from EA customer service, they don't answer to any questions.
