transferable van de ven has become a non-transferable

Hello, today what I think is a pretty big bug happened to me, in an envelope that I opened with the stars at the moment I got a repeated transferable van de ven, when selling things from that envelope I gave the r2 to send it, and by doing so, apart from selling what I wanted, the transferable van de ven has become a non-transferable one it wouldn't let me sell it and it would only let me put it in DCP storage as if it were a non-transferable player, when it wasn't, it only happened to me with this envelope, I would like to know if it is a bug and if so, if they would return the van de ven to me transferable, if anyone knows it would be very helpful, thanks.
