Transfermarket ban

Hey everyone, I’ve got a problem — EA blocked my access to the transfer market overnight, saying i breach their T&C even though I’ve never did something silly.  The reason is not clear. I never bought coins etc from 3rd party sources, or send coins between accounts (has only one!)

The only thing I’ve been doing in the past few days was anticipating that the R1 boost patch would come out, so I was buying Claudia Pina for 14,000 and selling for 20,000 which was done on their official companion app, and with price range. 

Does anyone know where to report this or how to appeal it? I’m honestly shocked — I’ve been playing Ultimate Team for 5 years and have never broken the rules in any way. Shocking !
