Hello. For 3 days now I can not enter in Ultimate Team. It all started this week when i played Gauntlet. i reached the 3 game and when it finished i was loged out of FUT. Tried again the saim result. Other game modes where fine. And 3 days ago i could not enter in FUT anymore. I have a second account on my console and it works fine. Can anybody help me with this problem please. Thank you
Hi EA_Aljo yes I have created a new account I tried on that account and i can connect without any problem on Ultimate Team.

Hello again, still no luck also with hotspot. And now i can not connect also on companion. It say that i am connected on console.
Community ManagerJust as a test, try switching your connection to a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you can then connect or not.

Community ManagerTry deleting the personal saved data for FC 26. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate FC 26 and delete the saved data.
Also, try rebuilding your database with the steps here and restore your licenses with these instructions.
Also i have created a new account on this PS5 and i can connect without any problem. I swichted on to the normal account and saim problem can not enter ultimate team.
