Unable to connect to ultimate team

Although my internet connection is fully functional, Ultimate Team consistently fails to connect. My Wi-Fi is stable and performs well, and I am able to access and play all other game modes without any problems—this issue is isolated strictly to Ultimate Team.
I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including restarting my console, deleting and re-downloading the game, and rebuilding the PS5 database. Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue.
