Unable to load information from the server

Is anyone else having this issue? I can’t get a resolution from support and I am sick of repeating myself. We have been able to update to the latest teams no problems but have had to restore our Nintendo switch to factory settings, meaning issues linking the switch to our EA account and now it can’t load information from the server. EA chat can’t help and “think” it’s a bug which they’ll work on & possibly feed updates onto Twitter which I don’t have. No idea what to do if it isn’t resolved as they’ve not offered a solution. Help?!
